Evil Bone Water is Saint Apothecary's hand-crafted Zheng Gu Shui (正骨水 zhèng gǔ shuǐ) — literally "bone-setting water." The formula comes from the martial-arts schools, where bone-setters kept a bottle on hand for the bumps, strains and bruises of hard training.

Kung Fu schools once guarded formulas like this as closely held secrets. When mass production arrived in the 20th century, quality dropped and the most potent herbs were quietly removed. Saint Apothecary restored the original standards — sourcing top-grade herbs and bringing the full formula back.
