About the Mind Body Fitness Class

This class is the perfect time to gather & explore body movements, functional training & weight lifting, yoga moves and fun. Instead of watching a video at home and suffering alone, join us and suffer together! This class is for anyone starting fresh or re-beginning movement. Got a goal? This casual circuit like setting will keep you moving the right amount and inspire you to move more frequently in life. Rests are encouraged. Laughter is essential.

Crawford Wellness Yoga Classes are for all people, all levels and abilities. What makes these classes sensational and different than any other class is Jocela’s adjustments to every person’s unique body structure, ability and attitude. Anyone recovering from life’s injuries or injustices, caring for aging bodies or needing nervous system balancing, will feel how she creates an environment for growth and learning. Classes incorporate dynamic stretching, breathwork and overall just make you feel better in your skin!

At Crawford Wellness, through the lens of yoga, we bring our expertise of body mechanics providing posture insight to fix movement limitations and fix your pain. Jocela Mae is our skilled professional and has studied for over a decade how the use of yoga can improve the quality of life. She works with local Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and other professionals to provide yoga as therapy.

Through centuries old wisdom, she will transform your understanding of what yoga is and how you can apply it to your body and life.

Jocela Mae Crawford, RYT

Jocela Mae is our skilled professional and has studied for over a decade how the use of yoga can improve the quality of life. Though a lifetime practitioner of yoga, she began her formal Yoga education training in 2010 with Amy Cooper in her hometown of Mt. Shasta, CA. She continues to study with prominent teachers up and down the West coast as well as Laurel Beversdorf in New York to expand her knowledge and offerings. She works directly with Brehan Crawford, LAc. to facilitate wellness from all angles.

We provide the crucial information you need for proper posture, movement and exercising safely. When in person, the use of the Rope Wall will completely change your experience and understanding of yoga and we can’t wait to start the journey!
