About this product

Ao Yi Tea is a traditional Tibetan and Chinese herbal formula, taken as a tea, built on three botanicals: Du Yi Wei, Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis), and Bai Zhi. In TCM terms, it moves blood, clears stagnation, and restores circulation.

How to Use

Traditional brewing

  1. Pour boiling water over one teabag and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Re-brew the same teabag several times until the flavor fades.

French press method

  1. Place several teabags in a French press, press, and serve.
  2. Keep adding hot water throughout the day for evolving color and flavor.
