Where to start

After twenty years of clinical practice, here is the honest truth: most of what I want to teach my patients does not fit into a forty-five-minute appointment. So I built a place where it does.

If you have come to see me for chronic digestive problems  IBS, SIBO, bloating, reflux, food sensitivities that keep multiplying, the constellation of symptoms that no specialist seems able to name — you have probably noticed something. We can move further in our work together when you have a foundation of how the gut actually works.

That foundation is exactly what Dr. Andrew Miles and I built the Gut Brain Synchrony community to provide. It lives on Skool, which is a clean online platform built for learning communities. Short videos in the Classroom. Part II is the one directly about digestion. Watch them in order.
4  ·  Begin the Inner Garden Reset, today.
Four short stages. Do them once. Then do them again tomorrow. Then again. This is the practice that most often moves the needle in the first week.
