Explore a restorative evening practice in community on Tuesdays. This class is gentle, calming, and you will leave feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Explorative Yoga Class
CLASS BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER
This class is designed to be for a more seasoned person with body movement experience. It is a deeper paced class focused on integrity of the practice and deepening flexibility and strength. You will leave feeling stronger and have a deeper sense of what you are capable of.
All levels & abilities welcome * prior yoga experience suggested*

About The Crawford Wellness Studio
This studio is the perfect place to gather & explore mental, physical and emotional edges through the lens of yoga movement. The use of our Iyengar Yoga Rope Wall both makes poses more accessible for less able bodied folks and also allows for a deeper exploration of yoga poses for the seasoned practitioner.
We are a community space encouraging everyone to move at their own pace. Our classes are for anyone starting fresh, re-beginning movement or deepening an advanced practice. Jocela is brilliant at teaching to all levels in one class.
The type and style we teach is one to inspire you to move more frequently in life and feel better in your own body.
Rests are encouraged.
Laughter is essential.

At Crawford Wellness, through the lens of yoga, we bring our expertise of body mechanics providing posture insight to fix movement limitations and fix your pain. Jocela Mae is our skilled professional who has studied and taught for over a decade how the use of yoga can improve the quality of life. She works with local Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and other professionals to provide yoga as therapy and get you the help you need.
Through centuries old wisdom, she will transform your understanding of what yoga is and how you can apply it to your body and life.

Jocela Mae Crawford, RYT
Jocela Mae will make you laugh and feel welcome in all the ways. People flock to her classes because she is brilliant at customizing each class, and even each pose, to fit everyone's individual needs. She is a skilled professional and if she doesn't change your life with her poetry and insight, certainly the use of the rope wall will. If that isn't enough, Solace her well trained love dog will improve the quality of your life with savasana snuggles.
Though a lifetime practitioner of yoga, she does not make her bed everyday. She began her formal Yoga education training in 2010 with the brilliant Amy Cooper in her hometown of Mt. Shasta, CA. She continues to study with teachers such as Laurel Beversdorf to increase her knowledge of body mechanics and explorative practices. She happily works directly with Brehan Crawford, LAc. (her husband) to facilitate wellness from all angles.
