Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Crawford Wellness. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Crawford Wellness. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Crawford Wellness, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item. All sales are final. If you made a mistake with your order, contact us immediately. If we hear from you before we ship your order, we will try to help you correct the mistake. Once we ship out your order we don’t have any way to cancel or change it.
If you wanted to use a discount code or other promotional offer, and were unable to do so, contact us prior to completing your order and we will attempt to assist you but we do not guarantee we will be able to do so to your satisfaction. Once you place the order, that order is considered final and we will not issue partial refunds for unused discount codes or promotional offers.
If a product that you purchased from us is damaged or lost in shipping, we will be happy to replace it. We may require evidence of the damage be submitted to us prior to shipping a replacement. Sometimes the companies we contract with for shipping (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx or others) experience delays in shipping that we can’t control, or deliver a product to the wrong address. If this happens with your order, we’ll try our best to help you out but we may not be able to find every lost order. Once the shipper verifies that the shipment is lost, and we are reimbursed for the purchase and shipping fees, we will send a replacement to you.
We pride ourselves on serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be contacted about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item(s). We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Crawford Wellness is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

For International Orders
We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to these policies and issue a refund for some purchases. If we do issue a refund, we may, at our sole discretion, require the return of purchased items prior to issuing the refund, and we may require you to pay for return shipping. We may also subtract up to 30% of your order total, including shipping fees paid, to cover the costs of processing a return and destroying returned products.
