Stem and Leaf - Sir Vickle

If your neck has hurt for years rather than weeks, you have probably already done the imaging, the physical therapy, and the ergonomic chair. Chronic cervical pain tends to outlast the things that work on acute injuries.

Sir Vickle is the cervical formula in Botanical Biohacking's Stem and Leaf series — a set of guide herb blends built one spinal region at a time rather than as a single general-purpose back remedy. This one covers C1 through C7.

It is deliberately small. Two herbs, both classical choices for the neck and upper back, at imperial grade rather than in volume. In chronic presentations the goal is something you can take steadily for months without accumulating side effects, and a short formula is easier to sustain than a long one.

How to use it

Place one to five teabags in a pot of water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer ten to twenty minutes. Strain and drink. You can re-brew the same bags until the flavor is gone. Thirty teabags, roughly a one-month supply.

With chronic pain, give it weeks rather than days. Store cool and dry, and refrigerate after opening. If the vacuum seal is broken on arrival, do not use it.
