Claude the CFO — About
Publisher: Brehan Crawford (Chorus / Crawford Wellness)

What this is
Claude the CFO is a private, internal financial intelligence dashboard operated by the Publisher for the Publisher's own businesses. It reads the Publisher's financial data from QuickBooks Online, Shopify, PayPal, and other systems, reconciles cross-source duplicates, and presents a unified view with AI-assisted analysis.
The app is not a public product and is not available for sign-up by external users.
How users connect
The only authorized user of this app is the Publisher (and their explicitly authorized agents — e.g., bookkeeper). Connection follows this flow:
- The Publisher launches the app on their own infrastructure.
- From the app's home page, the Publisher clicks Connect QuickBooks for each company.
- The Publisher is redirected to Intuit, authorizes read access, and is redirected back to the app.
- The app stores the OAuth token, encrypted at rest, on the Publisher's own machine.
How users disconnect
To disconnect a QuickBooks Online connection from this app:
- From this app: Open the home page → locate the QuickBooks row under the relevant company → click the disconnect/remove control. The app will revoke the stored token.
- From Intuit's side: Sign in to QuickBooks Online → Apps menu → find "Claude the CFO" → click Disconnect. This revokes Intuit's authorization regardless of the app's local state.
Either path immediately stops the app from being able to read further data. Locally cached data can be deleted by removing the app's database.
Intended audience
This app exists for the operational use of:
- Brehan Crawford (Publisher);
- Authorized agents of Crawford Wellness and Chorus (current or future bookkeeper/accountant/contractors);
- No other parties.
